The album went into mixing mode as of Monday. Breaking our backs to try and finish it by Friday. This thing has been a stressful time burglar/fun filled romp. I hope it doesn't suck. The Killers are on currently. Fuck! The Killers are fucking godawful. I am going to post essays in relation to the songs on the album somewhere. Not sure if it'll be here or a separate blog. I'll keep you posted. |

So we are almost finished this crazy moth long endeavor. The first mix sounds alright. Needs a lot of tweaking but it's a good jump off point. Glenn and I are mixing today for a while and then fingers crossed it'll be off to be mastered in 2 days or less. Art work is all done. Sent Randy the rough mixes and he's into it. Most everyone who's heard it has had positive feedback. I'm excited about it again and no longer stressing over it. I hope it's at the pressing plant on Wednesday. |

It is June 18th. Less than 2 weeks and Class War Kids invade canada. Album is done mastering. sending it off to press. It's been a long process. Reflection Rage Rebellion is almost in our hands though. Sadly we won't have it the first week or two of the tour, but we WILL have it on the 11th in Hamilton for the punk rock matinee. Advanced copies are being sold, not many but a few. That's a nice feeling. |

My power got shut off a week ago. I'm living Agent Orange style (in darkness). 8 more sleeps and I am out into the wretched world for 2 months, to return homeless to the streets of St. John's. I can't fucking wait!!! |

Sitting in the venue listening to ...fromouterspace. Excellent band. First show not in St. John's. Broadcast Zero got in to town 4 days ago and we've been kicking back. Hometown shows were fun. Great bands, great friends. Making new fiends, seeing old ones again. We played to literally 2 people yesterday. Made me think of the glory days of F.C.K.U. Was a phenomenal show despite the turnout. We jammed newer songs to tighten them up. Fun fact: Three years ago I lived in the apartment above the venue for the show tonight. Dodger, I hope you're well. I miss you dearest puppy. Tomorrow Stephenville, and then the world! |
