Today was unplanned meal day. I totally got diet soda & unsweetened tea when we ate at Captain D's, where I consumed only ~400 calories (2 pieces of fish, 3 pieces of shrimp..AWESOME!!!!!!) In fact, I came home and ate 5 reese's mini peanut butter cups and two Andes' mints-- And I have a resounding 235 Calories left to intake today. Which is good, because I am very..VERY hungry. (Which is why I gorged myself on candy just now..Randy shoulda known better than to leave a jar of unopened CHOCOLATES in his room..ah, but I didn't gulp down the whole jar..which means I'm doing better on the whole "resisting temptation" front.)..Sigh..Now, the thing is, I need some protein in order to stave off my hunger pangs for a very long time..so, I don't feel compelled to eat more.. And the thing is..I'm really wanting to bite into a juicy avocado..which is not protein at all, but..a fruit. ![]() I am thinking about cooking 3 eggs..but I'd want them sunny side up and need a piece of bread for each.. Oh, by quaffing down millions of those 100 calorie coffee + chocolate milk mix drinks, I totally dropped like 3 lbs of water weight..Yeah..not very nice. (It seems, I have PMDD..and am wont to gain weight around this time..I mean, self-diagnosed..It's complicated..tons of other symptoms that told me I had not, not just the weight gain..but now, it kind of makes sense that I gain a LOT of weight around this time..that I have PMDD..) I am also thinking of maybe a hot pocket. (Pepperoni & Cheese, of course..) I'll get back to you on this one, guys'z's. |

I have 390 Calories left to eat. I'll check back in, soon to report on dinner. |
