Yesterday went okay--except for the fact that my dinner meal was two pieces of Long John Silver's chicken.
No, now I know what you're thinking. You're thinking "yick"--you should be thinking.."...heavenly..." because that was what it was.
Anyway, I secretly weighed myself this morning. No weight change. Lucky me!

Note that I didn't put down what was for dinner--because frankly when I do that, I end up putting something healthy--and not end up eating it. So, I'll come back to edit that part.
