When on the net you can find games easily without trying. But when it comes to quality I found a reliable game maker. Hikware makes some really fun downloadable games. Some of you may know of Warning forever, one of their more famous ones. When I searched on google I found a site that is unreadable, but has the downloads for the actual games. http://www18.big.or.jp/~hikoza/Prod/ On this site the two games I have tried so far. Rayhound is a game by Hikware in which you are a ship controlled directly by the mouse. When you left click your create a cirlce of light around your ship which captures the lasers fired at your ship by the cannons. By holding the mouse you can drag those lasers and crash them into the cannons to destroy them. By releasing the mouse you return the lasers in a different direction. Warning Forever is another game by Hikware in which you are a small ship with a rotating gun. You have to, piece by piece, destroy ships several times larger that yourself. Both games are fun and I highly reccomend them. |

![]() Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Nintendo Wii is the new addition to the Legend of Zelda seires. It starts with a boy living in the village of Ordon and sets the player up for the rest of the game with story and controls. Eventually the character becomes a wolf, which is a good twist to the controls and story as well. Some of the characters are familliar faces, such as Zelda, and some are new, such as Midna, but almost all are well done. The gameplay in this game is the same as most for the wii, revolutionary, ranged weapons are aimed with the remote and the remote is swung to swing the sword. Being a wolf is also fun, the character can follow scents and dig holes. This is an excellent game which I give 4.5 stars/ [img] ![]() ![]() |

![]() Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth for the PSP is a remake of an old RPG for the Playstation. It is the story of a Norse god, the selecter of souls, a Valkyrie and how she collects the souls of brave warriors from Midgard and sends them to Valhalla to fight for Odin in Ragnarok. The story can end in three different ways reffered to as the A, B, and C endings. The A ending is basicly losing the war by doing a poor job on Midgard. The B ending is doing a good job on Midgard, but having a high sealing value. The best ending is the A ending in which you have a low sealing value and the most story is revealed. Sealing value is determined by the events in game and the choices of the player. I won't spoil any story for anyone who wants to play the game, but this is an excellent story. The only downside to the story is that because of the time system in chapters it is easily possible to miss the story of the game. The characters in this game are innumerable and well done. They are the souls collected on Midgard. Some of them are connected and some aren't but all are good detailed characters. They are all implemented in the smae manner but not necessaraly for the same reasons. The gameplay in this game is interesting and different. The world map is flying over Midgard and there are no encounters. Then when you enter a dungeon or town it becomes a side scrolling platformer. Then in combat it becomes a turn basedsystem in which timing is important. The four buttons on the right side of the PSP correspond to the four characters on the right side of the screen. Those characters have a limited number of attacks and when used in the right combination they unleash a special attack. This is an excellent example of RPG and is very original. I give this game 5 stars. ![]() Screenshots: ![]()

![]() Kingdom Hearts 2 is the sequel to the hit game Kingdom Hearts. It centers on Sora, Donald, and Goofy, in their fight against the Heartless. It has a good story, Sora runs into the Nobodies and sets off for other new worlds. The characters are the same from the last game except for a new one, Roxas, when Sora became a Heartless, even if it was only for a short time, his nobody lived on. That is Roxas. For the most part it is the same, except for the new branch of enemies, the new worlds, the reaction command, and the drive form changes. The new enemies are the Nobodies, the left over bodies of the Heartless. The new worlds include the Pridelands and the Space Paranoids. The reaction command is when in a certain action happens, such as an enemy attack, the player presses the triangle button and does a specific counter or reaction. The Drive form changes are when Sora has enough drive gauge that he can change into one of 5 forms. Valar form is the hand to hand form. It uses two keyblades and cannot cast any spells. Wisdom form is the ranged form. Sora slides around on what seems to be blue stars, and shoots blue shots from the end of his keyblade. His magic is also enhanced. Master form is the combination of Valar and Wisdom forms. It has the strengths of both to less of an extreme but not the weaknesses. Final Form is the ultimate fighting form . It uses two keyblades and increased magic. Sora is floating and so are the keyblades so that makes for good combos. Lastly there is Anti form. This is the result of using too many form changes. Sora loses his weapon and turns all black. He then fights in a berserker style and rampages on the enemies. This is a great game and I give it 5 stars. ![]()

i![]() Naruto Uzumaki Chronicles is a new RPG based on the hit anime show Naruto. The player is launched into the world of a leaf ninja and are given the ability to create clones and use powerful attacks. The story of this game deviates from the show, but is similar, and I have to say that knowing the anime's story helps to understand the game. The characters in this game are ones of the anime show and have their own connections from the show. There is nothing much to tell about the characters without telling the story. To find out more about the characters I would recommend watching the anime. The gameplay in this game is a random encounter system. In each random encounter naruto is able to run around an arena and fight the enemies. He is able to use his stamina for shadow clones and a power attack. The item system could use some work, as could the misson system, but this is a good game. I give this game 4 and a half stars. ![]() ![]()

![]() Guitar Hero II is the sequel to the hit game by Red Octane Guitar Hero. It has new characters and new looks for the old ones. Also there is the option of buying new costumes for each character. It has new songs and the even newer encore. If you beat the required number of songs in career mode then you get an encore of the audience's choice. The songs in this game are new, but not that good, not nearly as good as the last one. Overall this is a good game but it can't even compare to the last one. I give this game 3 stars. ![]() ![]()

![]() Summon Night: A Swordcraft Story is a good RPG that uses a basic world system that is based on a tournament for the position of Craftlord, a high position in the City of Swords. The tournament required the materials found in a labyrinth found beneath the city itself, which are used to make weapons. Also being part of the Silver Guild the main character is sent off on some trips to the outside world. This is a good story where you continue the legacy of your father the former Craftlord. The characters are somewhat good, thought they can be a little unbelievable at times. There is a good system that is in place for the character connections. After every sequence of events in the game, the character is prompted to choose a place to go in the city, and certain character are at those spots. When a spot is chosen the character has a scene with whoever is at the spot they chose. These scenes determine who is with the character in the final scene. Also these scenes reveal the stories of what happened during the former Craftlords time, and some of the characters pasts. The gameplay in this game is good in combat. In combat it is a sidescrolling battle with whatever weapon you have equiped and what ever Guardian Beast you have chosen. There are two bars in the combat screen. A health bar and a durability bar. When either of the bars are out the battle is lost. The health bar drains as the player is hit, and the durability bar drains as the player blocks or attacks. The Guardian Beast is basically magic, which can have four spells or items equipped. The five types of weapons are the sword, axe, spear, knuckle, and drill. The sword is the basic all around good weapon. The axe is a good powerful weapon, but it is slow. The spear is a long range stabbing weapon. The knuckles are fast short ranged. The drill is a short ranged weapon that is best used to break your opponents weapon. The weapons system in this game is excellent. As you play the game you collect materials and plans for weapons. When you return to your workshop you can make the materials into weapons. The map is just walking around the city and labyrinth which is nothing special. The potential for a good game is in the combat and weapon system. Over all this is a good game and is fun to play when on the go. I give this game 4 stars ![]() ![]()

Bleach Heat of Soul 3 is a good fighting game for the PSP. It features all the characters from the bleach anime seires up to the end of the Soul Soceity saga. In story mode the game follows the story of the anime show with important battles. There isn't really a story to it other than that. The characters are good and many with many seperate powers including some characters who haven't appeared in the anime show yet. The gameplay in this is good and creative. It uses each characters weapon to its maximun and also the competitive reiatsu guage. This is a good game though there isn't much to tell about it. I give this game 4 and a half stars ![]() ![]()

![]() Final Fantasy XII is the brand new edition to the longest running RPG series Final Fantasy. It features two orphan in a doomed country, a missing princess, a traitor captain, and two sky pirates. It is a good storyline with great transitions from one place to another. It has well placed events that slowly depict the story. The characters are well made and have quirky connections with eachother. The main character is Vaan, an orphan in the city of Rabanastre in Dalmasca. He dedicates himself to "reclaiming Dalmascan property" from the invading Archadians. He eventually gets in over his head and is swept up into a fast paced adventure all over the world. Overall the characters are decent but not great. The gameplay in this game is a little different that other games. It retains the same characteristics of previous Final Fantasy games, but adds the gambit. The gambit is an AI that is set by the player. The cause and effect of the gambits can be interchanged as the player sees fit. This game also has no random encounters, and instead uses a style of game that has all the enemies on the map when you enter. I give this game 5 stars. ![]() ![]()

![]() Tales of the Abyss is good continuation of the long running Tales RPG seires. It has a good flowing storyline that pulls the player into their world. The downside of the story is that it does not always make the next destination clear and leaves little room for discovering side quests, which I am glad to say that there are alot of. Also this game has a good supply of interesting characters. The characters are implemented in a feasable manner that doesn't seem to be obviously. Also the characters are all connected in their own subtle ways and in the same way thier own personal enimies are too. The gameplay in this game is what you would expect from an RPG on the world map. You run from place to place on the world map and enter cities and dungeons. There are also vehicles that let you travel on the water or in the air. The game play in combat is good but it is almost the same as a previous game Tales of Symphonia. There are some changes however. By standing in glowing rings and useing skills called artes the technique can change based on the glowing ring called a Field of Fonons. This is a good game and I recommend it to any and all RPG fans. I give this game 4 and a half stars. ![]() ![]()
