| The following are some websites that I find useful when I'm looking for recipes, and I plan to include them as a list of links on my own site. As I create my website, I will look at the features I like on these sites, and try to incorporate those features into my own design. Allrecipes, http://allrecipes.com/Default.aspx : A great site for finding any type of recipe, vegetarian or not. The search function allows you to search by ingredients to include or exclude, and you can limit your search to recipes in the site's vegetarian collection. The Post-Punk Kitchen, http://www.theppk.com/ : This site belongs to Isa Chandra Moskowitz, who wrote Vegan with a Vengeance, my favorite veg*n cookbook. She includes a nice collection of vegan recipes, and updates the site with new recipes every month. Veg Recipes' Journal, http://community.livejournal.com/vegrecipes/ : This blog community is very active, with new recipes posted every day. Community members also post questions and requests for recipes, and these sorts of posts tend to get answered within a few hours of posting. |
