Planning a trip...

 I am getting ready to plan a camping trip up in the mountains surrounding my home here in the next few weeks. I am looking to find a buddy to go with me. I also want to exercise some survival skills that I have been using for years. It has been long since I have had the chance to get out and do any camping or serious outdoor ruff-in it... This trip will be greatly needed. If I can get a buddy to go with me, I definitely going. I still need to think and collect some things I havent bought in years... Camping and survival supplies such as:

-Trail Tent
-fire starters
-wood (not buying)
-Off Spray
-camping food
-sticks to roast hotdogs on
-9mm ammo in bulk for target practice
-cooler
-ice
-flashlight (already have & plenty of Lithium batteries)
-knives
-machete

I need to go to Wal-Mart and stock up before heading up the mountain.

make sure you LOAD UP on the bug spray. The alst time I went camping I came back COVERED in bug bites. Oh yeah and there was this THING bitting me all night... my legs... in my tent. The next morning I found a dead spider crushed under my legs. The little bugger was feasting on my flesh. damn. i still want to go camping. its so fun. happy.gif
