What I did with my free time today.

I found a lot of shells at the lake by my house because the water is down. Now granted, shells aren't always the most interesting thing in the world, and these don't look all that great, but they are pretty big, some of them are about 8 inches long. It was quite a haul I pulled off today. I usually don't collect shells and have no idea what to do with them. Maybe I will give most of them away.

I have to actually write some songs first. Plus get a mic. I think I should try doing something easy, like covering a Minor Threat song. If you don't know who they are, they're an 80's punk band and they just have simple 3 chord riffs most of the time.
I don't live by the ocean, but I can walk to the lake by my house. I never go swimming, though. Maybe I should swim more this summer. |

I have Minor Threat's Complete Discography that came out a couple of years ago and I was thinking of doing a cover of Screaming at a Wall or anything I can figure out the riffs to.
Also, I didn't know I was going to receive literary criticism, xbang_bang. I like it. I just try to write about stuff that I think might be interesting to other people. |
