Dreams serve as channels of spiritual inspiration. In a dream, the Prophet Mohammad saw himself transported to heaven where God ordered him to pray daily.
Islam is a prayerful faith. Calls to prayer are sounded during the day from minarets, towers of mosques. I have seen fervent Moslems stop working or selling wares to briefly pray.
Humanity is also prayerful. But unlike Islam which teaches prayer to the One Unseen God, other faiths teach prayer to images and statues of saints, blesseds, and angels. They have to see to pray.
