The Dream

I wanted to continue my investigation, but it was already quite dark outside and I was exhausted. So, I decided to head home and get some rest. After a quick supper, I sat down at the small desk in my study to go over my notes, but I must have been more tired than I knew, because I fell asleep, right there, with my forehead resting on my desk...
While I slept, I had a very frightening dream. I sat in room full of photographs that I was desperately searching through. I wasn't able to leave the room because I could not remember what I looked like, so I just kept going through those photos, hoping one would be me.
One photograph was different, and seemed to sway under its own weight as I held it. I thought the image was moving slightly, which I knew photographs were not supposed to do. On close examination, I saw that the picture was not moving, but rather it was covered in fresh, wet, human blood, that was slowly running down the front and on to my hands.
The picture was of Ernest Lander, the Associate of Basil Caban. That was the last thing I remember before waking.
Faced with the evidence I collected, Ernest confessed to the crime.
I searched his house and found a photograph that was apparently taken right after Basil was murdered. Ernest had apparently taken it himself. It showed him covered in blood and smiling, like he'd just received the best gift in the world. I recognised the photo from my dream, but could never explain how I knew I would find it.

My Birthday

Sorry about the not writing...again. 
It's just been so busy with school. But the good news is that I'm married! For almost two months, now too! It's so amazing. He just told me what my Christmas present is, too! We're going to Orlando, the Bahamas, Cancun, and a bunch of other places. 
I can't wait to go! 
Oh, and tomorrow's my birthday!

I feel bad, not having updated this thing in so long. It's been so crazy these past months. We've been planning our wedding. And now it's three weeks away!
I might be around more after that, I'll just have to see how well I can manage my time...

They let out the schools today, but not before I'd had all my classes, of course. 
Just one of those things, I guess. Kind of lame, but not a whole lot I can actually do about it.
I changed my template to match what I've been seeing all day. Hehe.
