Dinner 1/12 Jan 13th, 2004 6:04:35 am - Subscribe
Not sure how Holly did on her exam, but it is over. Calvin and Holly had some ice cream at Ben and Jerry's - ugh. I skipped it. Then back home for dinner. Calvin had chicken nuggets and a hamburger - yikes. I had one of the new vida something salads with dressing, salsa, and sour cream (with water). Not sure if it was all on SBD, but there it is. Had been having bad headaches all day, maybe from the lack of carbs. Later in the evening I lapsed and had 2 bananas, some pepper jack cheese, and a Pepsi. I also boiled some chicken and pan fryed a couple of pork chops for easy SBD meals. I think I need to eat more often. I really need to go grocery shopping, at least for normal basics.

Calvin is off to school (another Monday with lost backpacks and missing folders). Took him to school after making pancakes for breakfast (for them, not me). Calvin was early for school. Holly is worried about BICSI and her LAN test. She had pancakes also. As for me, I had 3 oz of chicken, 2 oz of cheese, 2 eggs, and 1 oz of salsa. I do not think I will continue the measuring of items. No snack yet, and I need to get something for lunch. Back in a couple of hours.
