I'm standing here and you've all but disappeared,
I'm ready with the words I've never let you hear,
Words written if you love, you'll also let it go,
but what if i'm so scared, so scared to be alone?
If you're truly happy now, now that i'm cemented in your past,
Then my brokenhearted happiness, prays that your situation lasts.
If I could only say those words, to get them off my chest,
I'd tell you that i'd always loved you, loved you since you left
I know now what I seen in you before,
that love is what i have, now alone on distant shores.
