Waiting on an update from Dr. Tedesco

Soldiers, I am waiting to hear back from Dr. Tedesco on the status of my thesis. Once I hear back from her, and start revisions, I will get this up for you all to read. I am sure it will read as a good essay on the theoretical constructs of 4GW. I think many of you will find it very interesting.

Also, the support forum is ready to begin work on... Read More

A Brief Review of The History of Warfare

There are innumerable histories of warfare on the market, mostly with the same format: a chronological narration of tactics and weapons, a series of changes from prehistoric times until the nuclear era. John Keegan's history of warfare is slightly different, divided more thematically than chronologically ('Stone' and 'Flesh'), and interested in all... Read More

April Update

Warriors,

I have completed the final draft of my thesis and submitted it to my chair for critique and word on what revisions i will need to make. This is a pivotal point because the vast majority of the work in behind me, and now all I have left is the defense in front of my committee and then revisions. Once, this is complete, I will post the ... Read More

March 30 Update

Warriors, I have returned from the field after 4 long days in the field on my last Joint Field Training Exercise (JFTX). The Buc Battalion moved to Catoosa, GA and conducted joint operations with various schools within our brigade and did so in inclement weather. It is good to be back, and as I speak, am preparing to write a large chunk of my suppo... Read More

Israel Doesn't Get 4GW by Lind

Warriors, here is another article by William Lind that offers a differing perspective on the recent situation in the Gaza Strip.

So far, Israel's assault on the Gaza Strip has produced no surprises. On the physical level of war, the IDF is triumphing. The Palestinians are suffering about one hundred people dead for every dead Israeli. To a 2... Read More

Warriors, here is an article I found on a simplistic GOOGLE search that I found to be a very informative read and insightful.

Keep up the good work and TRAIN HARD!!!

This article is by Richard Lind.

Rather than commenting on the specifics of the war with Iraq, I thought it might be a good time to lay out a framework for understand... Read More

Warriors,

I just finished up the third draft of my support paper for this web portal. I am also working on implementing a forum linked from the American Ordnance Cyber Warrior Web Portal. This should be up sometime within the next few days, if all goes according to planned. I am in the process of submitting the draft to my chair in graduate scho... Read More

Warriors, as I speak, I am updating my sources list for the support paper I am authoring in conglomeration with this web portal for graduate school. I am sorry that things have been slow lately, I have been swamped with ROTC and finishing up here in college. I will post the sources list and the actual paper, all 25 pages, when I am finished with it... Read More
