SF Ltd has been appointed by KDC with its partner project management company, Carmichael Project Management. The project is one of 23 which have been given development funding by the Big Lottery to create designs which will be judged in the summer of this year. Heartlands sits at the centre of a large scale regeneration project in Camborne and will comprise a new park, visitor centre and streetscape improvements for the village. English Partnerships are partners to the project and are responsible for the surrounding residential, commercial and infrastructure development.
We are working with Dransfield Owens Da Silva, architects, Land Use Consultants, landscape architects and Kerrier District Council for streetscape. The Heartlands development is within the Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site.
