Glasses featured were the Barack Obama glass or John McCain. I choosed both, just for the damn glass. We arrived there at around 6:15pm and left around 9:15pm just in time to watch the Simpsons at 10:00pm.

We all had a really great time out there. Everyone wants to get back together this weekend and party at Logan's Rock Bar. Seems as tho were gonna be partying on Saturday. Happy times!

Tomorrow I plan on Fasting for 5 Days, my consumption will consist of water and chicken broth. Sounds delicious huh?

I'm not doing this for religious reasons, but more for myself. I'm beginning to think that my body is polluted with soda, fast food, and beer. (Ha, beginning to think) Also I've been more tired than usual, I owe it to my consumption of Mountain Dew and Coca-Cola. So here I go. Starting tomorrow.

Wish me luck. This is going to suck.

Our accountant sent this to me earlier today, I thought it was funny so I decided to post it here.

For everyone one who has ever taken a tech call.

I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Richard, the 11 year old next door whose bedroom looks like Mission Control, and asked him to come over. Richard clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem.

As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was wrong? He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.'

I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, 'An, ID ten T error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again.'

Richard grinned.... 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?'

    'No,' I replied.

'Write it down,' he said, 'and I think you'll figure it out.'

    So I wrote down: I D 1 0 T ...
I used to like the little shit.............

I had a really great time last night at The Saucer. Here are the beers I drank for the week.

  • Victory Golden Monkey 2008-08-14
  • De Block Satan Gold (BTL) 2008-08-14

Last evening they had a Commemorative Pink Elvis glass (to celebrate his death). The beer was a fusion...mixed with a strawberry and a light beer. Not too bad, but way too fruity for my taste. When we arrived the glass had already sold out. I tried buying a glass, but alot of people were sending them out to friends, saving them for family, and all that kinda stuff. Luckly at the table we were sitting a guy asked if I wanted his. I offered him 10 dollars, but he declined it saying he only needed one. So I just bought him a beer in return. I got another glass from the manager Javiar, it's slightly cracked but I think it gives it character. O'well.

I will see about posting a picture of the Commemorative Elvis Glass later this evening.

If you are a user of the Weather Undergound or like many like to say Wunderground, you will notice that they have updated the website with a warmer look.

From what I have noticed the website has a nice and cleaner look. The navigational pane on the left side of the website features your most recent cities, favorites, wunderphotos, and the wundermap (satellite). I also noticed that they toned it down on some of their advertisements, not all of them but some.

Some other new features include, : Mobile, iPhone, Lite, and Desktop applications. I have used the iPhone interface and it's a great feature. Also take a look at WunderGround Lite or Wund.com it's basically a chopped down NO Advertisement based way to view the weather.

    Nice job Weather Underground!

BTW: I pay a yearly subscription to Weather Underground, and I have a load of free Promotional promo codes. If you are interested let me know. It will give you a free 1 year trial to the site.

david How to Share an iTunes Library on 2 Computers Aug 6th, 2008 1:14:12 am - Subscribe
Explains how I am trying to share an iTunes Library on 2 Computers (PC)'s with all data files on an external hard drive

    The Situation:
I am trying to sync 2 pc's 1 labtop and 1 desktop that has an external hard drive that I am keeping the .xml file and .itl files along with all data and music files.

    The Goal:
Is to use the Remote Application feature to play on the desktop, and to use the labtop as the usb sync location where I would update the labtop on the network drive.

    The Problem:
That the network drive and the labtop have different path names which iTunes can not differentiate . So this is where I am stuck, I have gone to a few websites on Google with keywords sucks as 2 pcs and sharing Apple iTunes and how to mass locate original files in iTunes, which has left me empty handed.

If anyone knows a quick fix please post a comment, I will check this blog entry daily to assist in this venture.

Please keep in mind that once the shared library is updated, both PC's should update using the shared library.

Review of the concert held at the Verizon Amphitheater in San Antonio Texas with the bands Journey, Cheap Trick, and Heart.

This past Friday July 25th 2008 was the Journey, Cheap Trick, and Heart Concert at the Verizon Amphitheater. The show started at 7pm with Cheap Trick opening up, then Heart and finally Journey. Journey's new singer Arnel Pineda mimics Steve Perry so well. The voice, the mannerisms, and even the look. The show ended around 11:45 with Journey singing Don't Stop Beliving. Wow, we really had a great time. Aside from Nikki and I, Temperance was there along with her boyfriend Paul. Wow, awesome night.

I can't get over how many people were there. Don't get me wrong, the more the marrier...but wow! I have a few pictures on my cell that I have beeing meaning to upload...I will see about doing it when I get home today.

I just updated and added a video from my cellphone. Sorry for the quality, but if I could have brought in my video camera, and my Canon SLR I would have. For now you will have to settle for the lame cell phone video.

david How to Remove Google Toolbar by Using Run Command Line Jul 28th, 2008 7:07:30 pm - Subscribe
Explains a quick and painless way to remove the Google Toolbar using the MS-DOS Command Line

Hey everyone, I guess everyone knows that the Google Toolbar can be removed simply by going to your control panel and removing using the Add or Remove Programs icon, but what if…and I use that the term ‘what if’ loosely. What if you are unable to remove the from the Add or Remove Program’s section? Well here is a solution. You can remove the Google Toolbar by Command Line simply by using the following process.

Remove Google Toolbar by Command Line Process
Go to: Start > Run > Copy and Paste this string of code:
    regsvr32 /u /s "c:program filesgooglegoogletoolbar1.dll"

    Click Ok.

At this point the MS-DOS will remove the Google Toolbar from the backend. If you have any questions feel free to comment.
