Harry Potter < Lord of The Rings.

Okay, so I should have made it clear in the previous entry that I hate Lord of The Rings.

(I have not read the books, and nor do I plan to. I read The Hobbit, and loved it. But The Fellowship made me fall asleep, I think I covered, what? 5 chapters? *yawn*)

Similaries;
Worm-y bad guy.
Scuffy, dirty bad dude who is actually a good dude.
Yucky skinny freaky creature [gollum and dobby]
Something you wear that invisible-izes you.

There's one mooooooore but I forgot it. Oh yeah, Gilmir and Hagrid. They're both too hairy and annoying and feminine.

LOTR wins, since it was written first. Man, JK Rowling picked a shitty thing to copy.

I think they both have some simalarities but are differnt in their own ways that make them unique and fun to read. IMO

I could never get into either books. I did not like them at all if you ask me Harry Potter = Lord of the Rings = Crap.
