actually time flies regardless of whether you're enjoying yourself or not.
its just that when you're enjoying yourself it flies especially fast.
work today was a breeze, thanks to the fact that no superiors were around as they were all attending some seminar thingy outside. obviously, i did do some work. but i did get started on studying for my FTT and i did catch up on some of my sleep.
went out to play pool today. played o-kay. actually its quite good considering i havent played in 4 months!
took 518 home for the first time in several wks too.
there are 2 things i desperately need now; a haircut, and a shopping trip.
the problem is, when?
time just flies by.

driving ytd was fun. but i was so damn tired afterwards! only ytd did i realise that driving isn't that easy. all that playing need for speed gave me a sense of laxness about driving, thinking it would be so damn easy.
hai. how stupid.
well, at least ive sort of gotten the hang of stopping now. its always easier to accelerate than stop, but sometimes it jus has to be done.
just like sometimes there's bad news, and you dont want to hear it.
jus move on in life.
okay that was random. but its advice too.

ever since the last csi i havent watched anything much on tv, so its been pretty boring.
however, ive recently discovered this show 'mistresses,' which is like the british response to desperate housewives.
cant believe im getting hooked to such dumb shows actually, but there isnt anything nice to watch on tv since im bored of heroes and local shows like en bloc dont really count.
anw gonna sleep. overnight duty (yes clerks do have duty) is tiring.

okay, not that sick. but still..
fell sick on thurs, worsened on friday, got downright awful by friday evening.
driving on saturday morning (and after spamming the panadol on friday) took much of the pain away, but it still felt pretty bad til i gave up and went to consult a doctor.
maybe its the antibiotics, or maybe a little bit of driving plus a little bit of shopping plus a little bit of telephoning did me some good.
it sucks to be sick on weekends, seriously.
it didnt matter that much back when i was still in school since school was relatively enjoyable, and didnt really limit my freedom.
but now that weekdays are so wasted, being sick on weekends mean you just get 12 bad days in one stretch.
anyway all this sickness is making me grouchy.
shall go take some more antibiotics and pray that i'll be fully healed tmr.

i realise i havent updated for an entire week, and it hasnt been that good a week.
did double duty this week, so im severely sleep-deprived. plus ive (somehow) still not recovered yet.. its been dragging on for almost 2 weeks already?
on a brighter note, i did some retail therapy today!
its been so long since i'd written these two words on my blog.. ha.
miss the days where i used to retail-theraputise almost every week.
i actually quite miss my beloved qweeeeks too. :(

and now i get this.

and what made me more stunned was this:

i mean, WHAT artifact am i supposed to bring? my lovely green notebook with my lovely doodling of buildings and the skyline?
gosh. i never expected architecture to have an interview AND test. if i knew this was coming, i wldnt have applied for it!
