by some lucky coincidence, BOTH of the coms at home died at e same time. which leaves me typing into my phone, which (fortunately) has wifi to connect to my wireless modem. ah, technology. unfortunately, it also means im staring at a screen thats abt one quarter e size of my palm, which makes it friggin damn small. it also means i cant view my favourite QC comic since internet explorer mobile sucks and refuses to enlarge web images. bahhh. oh well. gotta be grateful for what i have. anw, after all that hype abt e new tampines one, i decided to go take a look myself since i was free (and that it was actually on e way home). my first thought when i stepped in was: what a mess. upon further reflection n exploration, i decided that 'what an absolute mess' would be more apt. of course, unlike me, half-full type of ppl would call it a 'delightfully eclectic mix', which is what im saying with loads of bs piled on top. besides the basement which is devoted to food, none of e other levels have any sort of proper categorization. a clinic in the middle floor, more f&b outlets strewn all over, maternity shops aplenty, weird duplex shops that are duplex for the sake of it, girls hired to jaga the queues at uniqlo n e jap restaurant, really narrow walkways, etc etc. i think i can go on forever. seriously. but i guess us singaporeans love all these 'fresh' concepts. frivolous. however, pls dont let me stop u from taking a peek at tampines' latest mall. after all, life is already boring enough as it is. it cant get any worse. hahaha. okay im prob being such a cynical ass cos of certain events tt happened over e past few days, which i may or may not talk abt soon. haha. adios.
