i don't know why the proposal is rated so badly by everyone. true, it may be a romantic comedy with the happy-ever-after ending, but isn't that true of all rom coms? which director in their right mind would make a sad ending for a rom com? call me a sucker, but i actually like watching rom coms, no matter how lame the storyline may seem to you. yeah, you who think that action-packed thrillers aren't all full of cliches either. they remind me that we're all human. things like these just thaw the inner ice in me. a thick, frozen, cold layer of ice. now, pardon me before this becomes an emo post. thank you jiejie for dragging me to watch this movie even when i didnt feel like it. and all your advice:) tag van hello my other long lost jiejie, wat updates? looks around innocently. hahaha ur too busy wif sch la, even though we stay in the same town! limying must cultivate good habits from young can. hahaha u'll thank me in future! valerie got flood meh? haha i can flood urs too if u want! n ive seen ur bangs on fb! hahaha bec sorry mdm, im afraid u'll hafta get onto the waiting list. my calendar's full for the next 10 years(: rachel i was referring to u LA. tsktsktsk. heh. khyrul ya! ur blog is dead so i cant hop anywhere la. haha organise soccer leh, i think i forgot how to play alr. lol!

NEW BLOGSKIN MIXED FEELINGS. okay, seriously, this is still a work in progress. i haven't decided if i'm actually gonna stick with this color, cos it isn't really my kind of color (if you know what i mean). a bit too garish for my liking, but i supposed it could be nice for a short while (yeaaaaah, like i'm gonna bother changing my blogskin so frequently). just modifying the html to suit aeonity's formats and everything was tedious enough in itself! so i'll take it slow. who knows, maybe tomorrow i'll find yellow/orange too bright for me and revert back to my safe earthy colors. but truth be told, after such a long time of black and white, its high time i bring some color back. you don't know what you've got til you lose it; you won't know what you could have til you reach for it p.s. yesterday's emo post was actually my 250th post on aeonity! p.p.s. archives are now open, for people who are really too bored. and of course, historians who are interested in documenting my oh-so-interesting life. 3 other past blogs exist if you're interested in digging deeper! tag valerie ur new blog address is so cool can. maybe i could change mine to tallguy or sth. hahaha limying u could change ur blog add too! hmmm gotta think of a suggestion tho. heh.

timooo mosquito magnet September 16, 2009 - Subscribe

ive been feeding many mosquitoes recently. now in retrospect, all these fresh mosquito bites came after i had finished a long run and decided to sit down on the track to rest, while hoping to get some vitamin d by exposing myself to the hot hot sunlight. this, of course, meant that i produced LOTS of carbon dioxide which automatically attracts mosquitoes. also, this also meant that i kept on producing heat and sweat since i was just lying there in the sun. of course, which mosquito can resist something like that? no more cooling down outdoors for me! :X anyway, ive decided to keep this color for now since it does look pretty nice. something about its colorfulness is just uplifting. tag Ivan sorry abt that. im considering issuing sunglasses to my blog visitors soon! hahaha limying hahaha pretend its the sun and you're out there playing softball. this will feel much better! bec oh, you jest. its okay la not too bright wadddd! i seem to rmb urlub wearing a bright yellow shirt once hor! xl unfortunately. reality is harsh for us genuine fans! :( hahaha someone yup dull and depressing colors are so last century. time to brighten up everyone's mood! ha :)

sometimes when you haven't gotten something, you think of getting it a lot. and you think that its really damn good and you expect a lot from it. only after you get it, that you realise it doesnt actually live up to your expectations. it may not be exactly what you were looking for in the first place. so, then, what do you do with it? even though you realise its not actually what you want, you don't want to just chuck it away since it was something that you have been anticipating for so long and it would seem like such a waste. you tell yourself that maybe you could adapt to the differences between what you had in mind and what you actually got. and so you force yourself to stick with what you got in the first place, even though you may realise that there actually IS something better. ohgawd, all this philosophizing over a stupid capri-sonne drink. :/ grape is my favourite flavour btw.

ever tried packing up a mess, trying to make it more neat and tidy? and end up not knowing where all your stuff are cos you're so accustomed to it being in a mess, and you actually know where it would have been if it was still in a mess? an organised mess. love 'em, hate 'em. you just start wondering why you packed it somewhere else in the first place. ughhhhhh. it sucks especially when you need something really urgently, yet you remember where it was exactly before you decided to organise it. ahhhhhhh. sometimes its not good to be neat and tidy!

im quite undecided about whether im gonna go for surgery on my hand or not. on one hand, there's the risk of pain and complications arising. on the other hand, there's the prospect of never being bothered by it ever again. but back on the other other hand, there's the risk of losing everything. oh man using this "on one hand" thing here is so apt.
