As a dealer of electronic items, I have always wished for an exhibition to be organized where companies from different parts of the world will come together, share information and provide knowledge related to the electronics Industry. It seems that my wish has been granted. Electronic India, International exhibition and conference for electronic components, will be held from September 2 to September 5, 2008, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Center in Bangalore, India.



I am sure, you must be aware that the new age Indian buyers are always on a lookout for the latest additions in the electronic gadgets. This is evident from the fact that big companies like, Nokia, Dell, Cisco and BMW have opened their production sites at many places in India. ElectronicIndia will provide a platform where major electronic companies and branches will come together to further expand the growing market. This trade show is much more than just a trade fair. It is also the information exchange for India's electronic industry. Conferences, forums and discussions during the course of the exhibition will give you valuable information, insights and knowledge about the electronic industry.



A friend of mine told me about the success of the ElectronicIndia fair held last year. I was surprised to know that as many as 826 different companies from 25 countries had participated in the trade show to display their products and services. Not just that, a huge number of 25,183 people visited the trade show. But, I think this year ElectronicIndia will observe an even bigger response as it is going to be held in Bangalore, the leading high-tech regions in the world.



You can be assured that this particular trade show will bring in serious business as it is open to trade buyers only. Some of the different industry segments from which visitors are expected in the fair are Electrical Engineering and Electronics, Information Technology, Consumer Technology, Automotive Industry, Machinery and Plant Construction, Medical Technology, Quality Control and Aviation and Space Technology.



The exhibition will display various electronic components such as semiconductors, sensors, relays, switches, passive components, motors, drives, cables and a lot more. It will also showcase manufacturing equipments, general operation aids, production sub-systems and various other production related services and technologies.



Though I couldn't make it last year, I am definitely going to visit ElectronicIndia this time and implement the knowledge that I get from there in my business.
