Nine Inch Nails - Sunspots |
Less concerned about fitting into the world...
Your world that is...
I've been feeling pretty industrial recently, I think it's due to two Goths who were at Daves party last Saturday. As soon as Dan left the marquee, they put his Meshuggah cd back in its case and stuck on some Combichrist. Hmm.
So the last week has been major suspense. I really do like Dave and he finally told me himself via txt message after he'd been to Rory's, drinking vodka and talking about me apparently. He sent me a message when he was on the way home from Rory's, saying "Hmm, don't want you to feel weird about this, but I really wanted to kiss you last night " So we just carried on talking, I said why didn't he just go for it? And he said "I didn't know whether you'd want me to or not."
I was a bit wary of him to begin with, since I didn't know he liked me at all (just a hunch I guess) until Amy told me he'd said "I well wanna f*ck her!" about me.....
I thought maybe he'd be trying to talk me round to it then cast me off, but I don't think so anymore. i won't be jumping into bed with him anytime soon though, I can tell you that for nothing.
He's made me a cd, with the warning (via text message) "Gotta warn you, this music will be heavy!"
On another note, we had to write love letters in my art class the other day. I was thinking up what to write, so I used Nine Inch Nails spiralling around my tiny square of brown paper, with a heart to fill the space in the middle. It was for my art teachers mothers next piece of art, inspired by a building in Verona, Rome, where people leave love notes on the wall. My friend has one for his ex there.
Was the Summer fair at College today and it rained. I spent alot of time inside a marquee with 3 policmen and a policewoman, talking about how I'd rather not have my phone chipped, I'd rather have it robbed. The I though of all my sweet messages off dave and changed my mind. An Indian Lady gave me 10 bangles half price because she liked me and I only had 50p left after buying my mother a plant.
My mum made bags, biscuits and cards for the fair. The biscuits obviously sold fast, i didn't see the cards there and the bags sold so well they put the price up! All for charity.....
Am seeing Dave tomorrow..... |
