As he reached the playground,
The sun had reached High Noon.
They both reached for their pistol,
And each shot right through.
Both of them had clean shots,
And both of them could stand.
The other man laughed,
And then felt to the sand.
The kids were no longer bullied,
The playground was set free.
But what of that vigilante
That never made history?

Dying to Live

Simple sirens,
empty screaming,
rushing to the scene,

it and all meet
at the end of things
in a place filled with serene
beauty,
an unmatched wealth for
every man who makes it there,
surviving the wear and tear of live,
and finally seeing what we were
all meant to see.

can anyone tell me,
what it takes to get there,
can anyone give me,
direction on just where to go,
no one takes the same way,
no one ever can,
and no matter how you get there,
it's the journey that make the man
to see what he can see.
and no matter what you say
it's that same serene beauty.

The Journey (In Progress)

Time ticks by over millions of faces,
Millions of things going on in a million different places,
And all I know is that I'm waiting right here.

Who ever really knows what their waiting for?
Who ever really knows what tomorrow could bring to them,
Or just what it might take away!

CHORUS

Though time may heal all wounds,
It does it's fair share of causing them,
Though we may be naive,
Relying on a clock to tell us what to do.
There are times,
When we must rise to who we are,
When we do,
We must realize that we haven't come that far.

Let me tell you a story,
Of a man who walked the desert,
With nothing but denied temptation.
Something we all must do,
But we never seem to make it
past contemplation.

Most of us seem to think that world
Is just our playground,
We aren't care-takers,
But just ones who stay 'til the party ends.

Nearly Every Single Day (Poem)

Mood: meh

We always come to say goodbye,
We always see to over stay
Our welcome somewhere else
Nearly every single day.

We were put here blind and deaf,
And have since made our way,
But we lose a bit of what we learned,
Nearly every single day.

We live, we love, we lust.
We writhe in our decay
As we sin a little more,
Nearly every single day.

So listen to this, and listen well,
Just don't walk away.
Think of how far we've come and gone,
Nearly every single day.

Freedom?

Such explicit things
As my form is tingling.
Forced against my will,
I shall remain here ever watching...
Waiting...
Waiting for that moment,
With all of its sweet serene freedom.
Free me...
From all of this!

Please forgive me,
For I'm not well.
I've been a tad eccentric,
Since I was sent into-

Ever burning, ever bright.
Hazing together night and daybreak,
For God's sake.
These chains are chafing,
My bloody wrists.
I cannot seem to take
All of this punishment.

I've been here for so long,
Every last bit of hope is gone.
Every ounce of my strength has left,
All of the screams have left me deaf.
My sleepless eyes remain bloodshot,
But my sight's all that I got.
And I'd give that all just to be free.

Please forgive me,
For I'm not well.
I've been a tad eccentric,
Since I was sent into hell.
Can you excuse me?
I'm not at by best.
So please, just get away from me!

Free me, but leave me alone. x 4

Please forgive me,
For I'm not well.
I've been a tad eccentric,
Since I was sent into hell.
Can you excuse me?
I'm not at by best.
So please, just get away from me!

Free me, but leave me alone!
