Sankaku Complex posts a lot of rankings, like "Top 20 Greatest Anime Songs," "Top 15 Loveliest Anime Couples," etc. The latest ranking is a list of Top 25 Science Fiction Anime, translating a list originally posted on the BIGLOBE anime forum. I'm glad to see that classics like Akira and Evangelion made the list, but I'm disappointed that Makoto Yukimura's hard sf Planetes didn't get a mention. Not enough mecha musume for you, guys? The top spot goes to Nagaru Tanigawa's Haruhi Suzumiya, which I haven't seen but will probably watch now that it's getting such high marks.
