Ok now you can call me silly if you like but DRM seems like a Silly Idea to me, I have yet to see a game take less then a week from release to pirate and have seen many out before the release now these by default will bypass any DRMs besides for online play and some even have work arounds for that.
So in essence the only ones effected by DRMs are paying customers and the people who crack the game (and I think They love the challenge). There subecting Paying customers to all this hooplah essentially to delay crackers a day maybe a week tops. In fact I've only seen one company do DRM somewhat right and thats steam the only problem with them is you have to have a active internet connection to play the game even if your only playing one player.
It gets worse, if you buy a MP3 with DRM protection your use of that MP3 is limited severely. Where as most pirated versions work fine forever and are easily stored.
Personally I think they should just stop with DRM in games and MP3's all together it only effects those who pay and costs them lots of money for barely any results.
Seriously there shooting them selfs in there own god damn foot here.
well that's the end of this bloody rant sorry for subjecting you to it.
