Made Me Smile:: Seeing Brett for a few hours
Today was interesting..I fell asleep around 8 am and woke up at about 1:45 to Brett sitting ever so suspiciously at the end of the couch, apparently waiting for me to wake up. He had been waiting for me/ trying to wake me up for about an hour. Finally I got up and we discussed how we didn't have time to go through with our plans for the day (due to my sleeping so damned late), so we hung out for awhile, I made him some leftover spaghetti, and showed off some new clothes I got. I tried to call into work so me and Brett could actually spend some time together and do what we had planned, but Laurie spazzed and said she desperately needed me, so I finally gave in and ended up going to work.
Neither of us wanted to give up our plans though, so we went ahead and did what we wanted anyone, which worked out ok, I still got to work on time and all.
Then at work everyone kept asking about my huge hickey o.O It's damn near impossible to cover up, especially considering how dark it is..nobody asked me for my number at least, though.
Bambi stopped by and chit-chatted for awhile. She gave me her cell number and asked me to call her after I get off work tomorrow to go hang out, but I forgot that I have to get up early and go to Troy Monday, so that's outta the question. She'll understand though.
Anyway. So it's been a good week so far ^_^ Tuesday will be three months and a week for me and Brett..it sucks that our 6 month won't be so close to V-Day anymore, but I guess it's alright, considering it will be 11 days after Brett's birthday now.
God I can't believe he's gonna be 18 in 3 months xD Uber awesomeness. It's wierd cause it seems like it was just yesterday that we were talking about how he had like, more than half a year before he turned 18, and now it seems like it's right around the corner. I can't wait for it too..I'm gonna get him the most uber awesome stuff ever, not to mention some unmentionable things xDD
Anyway, I gotta get to bed so I'll wake up early enough to actually greet him in the morning instead of him waiting "bedside." That is, if he even comes over tomorrow. I know he mentioned it, but I dunno if he ever said for sure or not.
Monday is my day off, and Wednesday I get paid again ^_^ Woobie
