Well, the day has finally come...the day where we all have to say goodbye to Stephan. He was an awesome guy, and I'm gonna miss him a lot!!! For those of you who don't know, Stephan was a foreign exchange student from Germany. He came to live with Laurie Hatfield for a year, and we got to know him REALLY well. *sigh* I'm gonna miss that kid! This is gonna be short, but I just had to let you all know that I may not be in the best mood today because he's gone. I was glad though, cuz Bubba called me (he went to the airport to see Stephan off) and I got to say goodbye to him. I almost started crying! Meh...end! |

Hmm, interesting. I wonder what it means! I liked Emo better, it was way easier to pronounce. But oh well, I shall survive. Wanna know why? Cuz God is AWESOME! Alright, so here's the deal. I was semi-contemplating going to camp with the Bear Valley youth group, but we didn't really have the money, I've been sick for like 3 weeks now, and my cousin from Michagin was coming to visit. So I called Jessica Dehart and told her I wouldn't be able to come. Then she flipped out and said she'd like shove me into her suitcase if that's what it took. So she totally convinced my parents, and I got to go!! And... IT ROCKED. Seriously, I wasn't holding out very high hopes for this camp because I didn't know that many people. So I made it a point that I was going to hang out with new people and make more friends, which I did! I made friends with Batman (aka Emily Nobles), and I became Robin. It was totally awesome, because from that day on everyone knew us as Batman and Robin. And I made a few nemisises (nemisi?) as well! Actually, we only had one nemisis, but he was pretty insane. Lol, he got the name The Penguin because he did this insane penguin dive off of the houseboat. And then he became our enemy because I ran up to him and used blender vision on him (I actually have secret powers, I just want Batman to feel cooler so I act like an annoying nerd all of the time. But in reality, Batman is nothing without Robin. Moving on!) and he used birthday vision on me (watch out for that one, it's deadly.) Oh yeah! And the penguin was Justin Dehart, who is like the older brother I've never had (just ignore the fact that I have an older brother. That's irrelevant!) And then there was the Mooseler and Whisp. The Mooseler is Tyler White, an apathetic neutral bystander that just runs around going "MOOK!" and pushing people into the lake. And Whisp, aka Lauryn Stone, is actually Drangonfly Whisperer. We shortened that to Drangon Whisper, then we shortened that to Whisper, then we shortened that to Whisp. We had many a battle on the red kayak without any paddles (aka the bat mobile), and Justin (ahem, Penguin) nearly killed me only twice (that's a record!) and only almost died about 6 or 7 times. But guess what?! That totally isn't even the best part! The best part is this. 7 PEOPLE FROM THE BV YOUTH GROUP GOT SAVED! Hooooray! Let me see if I can remember all of their names, some of them I don't really know...so I'll try. Peter Watkins, Kyle Mumby, Andrew's girlfriend (I forgot her name), and DANIELLE GREENE! I was so happy when I found out about this that I started crying (surprise). I've been praying for her for the longest time, and I was sooo excited when she ran up to me and said "Amy, I'm saved!!!" Hooray. And then last night was the Relay for Life, and it was SOOO MUCH FUN! I walked like 31 laps, which was really good for me, considering I was barefoot and I'm not exactly in the best shape! But the best part about it was some kids from another church saw us with a guitar and asked if we all wanted to worship together. So we all sat in a circle in the middle of the football field and just sang our hearts out to God. Talk about crazy-diddly-awesome! Then after that we just all talked until like 5 am, and it was AWESOME! I talked with Brendan for the longest time, dag that guy is awesome! *Sigh* But OF COURSE, he's like....old. Well, ok, turning 18. But that's still old! Meh, don't care. So that totally rocked, except I'm really really tired now, but I can't sleep so I came and wrote this insanely long blog that all of you had to suffer through. Mwahaha! To the batcave, Batman! |

Wow! The whole web site got a make over. Hey! how do you put pics on your page? i saw some on this other one and I was just wondering. I missed you all while the site was down  . I lost track of the days was it two or three?...or four? I cant remember. What does Aeonity mean? I like emo better, but I guess this is okay.So my day so far... I just woke up but I checked this other site and my books are coming soon. Hooray! O! and I made a neopet! he is sooooo cute and his name is chobie. Have you seen neopets though I cant belive how fun it is.It looks like a web site for kids (and actually my little brother got me into it) but it is sooo fun!!!! I wish I could show you all my neopet, but oh well.so even though I just woke up I think that's amazing considering i went to sleep at four in the morning. My little brother decided that since i didn't have summer school like my older brother( and therefore didn't have to be awake at six everyday) That we should have a party every night and stay awake as long as we could... and at first that seemed like a good idea.( on school nights I have to be asleep, or trying to sleep by ten). But after a couple of nights im beggining to realize theres a reason people need sleep. Last night I watched g4 tech untill paid programing came on, then i watched animal cops houston, then confessions of a teen aged drama queen, and then karate kid. some where after that i fell asleep. I have no idea how long my brother stayed awake but when i woke up the tv was still on and he was laying three feet from his sleeping bag like he started to go to the living room or something but he colapsed before he could make it. its was really kind of sad. we both look like weve been doing drugs all night and hes onle 11, so im surprised my mom hasn't raided our "parties" yet. gotta go. luuuv ya' lana (Aka Mrs. sleepy) |

Woooweee yesterday was SO FUN! Desiree and I went shopping for her birfday, and I bought some awesome stuffs. I bought some flip flops that were like $2, and a pin that says "Rumor has it that I'm awesome" and some shirts and whatnot... After shopping we went back to her house for a bit and ate pizza and pie. It was REALLY GOOD PIE. Like, blueberry cream cheese stuff. It was Marie Calander's, so it's gotta be good. THEN we went to the Starlight Theater. They make it sound like it's some great big production, but really they're just showing a movie on a big projector in the park. So we met up with Pippin and Rachel and didn't watch the movie at all. We just talked and talked and drank coffee and whatnot. Then we decided to do a wee bit of prank calling. So Rachel grabs my phone and dials a random number. Then she started like, yelling random things into it, and we all started yelling, and it was freakin hilarious! But then they called back and Pippin answered. She looked at me and was like "They called the cops. They're trying to track your number." I was like....CRAP! So I freaked out and about died, but then I got to thinking about it and I realized it's like, impossible to track a cell phone. So I calmed down a bit. But man, that was scary! I was definitly scared out of my mind. Lol. But now, like Rachel said, I'm laughing about it. Gosh, that girl knows everything. Lol. Then we went back to Rae's house and talked until 2 am about how evil Mrs. Belt was and how grateful we were that we would never have to see her again. And that was that! YAY! END! |

Ah.. so it my first day of work and I have to watch a 9-year-old, a 8-year-old, and a 5-year-old. Just my luck. In case you didn't know...I hate little kids. They're cool when they grow up but when they're midgits it just bugs me. Alright, back to the dishwasher. So the house I'm at has like two sinks and one facuet thing right? An both sides are full so I'm like "okay I'll do the dishes." So I load up the dishwasher and look for the soap right? And it's in the cabinet and I grab this big bottle of soap and fill up the two little slots. Then I start the cycle and leave to go set up a dvd for the kids to watch. The little 5-year-old's like "I'm thirsty" so we go into the kitchen to get her some Silk (soy milk, she lactose intolerant). She starts freaking out. I'm like "oh she a little kid, that's what they do." Then she's like 'what's that white stuff coming out of the dishwasher?" So I look and just my luck, the stupid dishwasher is leeking out some soap. So I open the dishwasher to try to stop it. BIG mistake. All this soap comes rushing out and it knocks me down and by now all three girls are watching me and the little one's crying and I'm all soapy and...the phone rings. So of course I answer it. It's the mom. Shoot. She's all like "how's it going?" and I'm like "everything's fine" and the little 5-year-old is like "mommy she blew up the dishwasher!" Crap. Luckily she thought the girl said "loaded the dishwasher" so I didn't get in trouble. But now I got to clean up this mess. I'm covered in soap and have three little kids all freaked out. So I tell them we're going to play a game. It's called 'Soap Adventure' and you have to clean up the mess without getting any soap on you (I didn't want to have to wash all their clothes). I was already out because I was soapy. So the three little kids clean up the whole mess without me helping! Then I put the dishwasher on another rinse cycle to clean the dishes. I change my clothes and we go back to watching the movie...Oh I forgot. There was one more rule to the game. 'Don't tell mom, because she might get jealous that she couldn't play.' And they don't! So I'm off the hook. Then Jordan comes home and I tell him what happened. He's like "which soap did you use?" I'm like "the stuff under the counter." He pulls out the bottle I used. "This it?" he asked. "Yep." I said. Then he's like "This is laundry detergent." Why would you have laundry detergent underneath the sink? So don't ever put laundry detergent in the dishwasher... Haha sorry this is kinda confusing...I'll post about the brownies later...I gotta go to work

Well well well. Here I am, AGAIN. I haven't been updating very much lately, so I decided now I'm going to! Wooooohoooo! Yesterday was really fun. Except for the pie selling part! Yeah, that was extremely boring cuz I was crammed in this little booth filled with pie, and nobody wanted to buy pie because we were RIGHT NEXT to the hot dog booth, and everyone buys hot dogs on the 4th! So yeah, I was bored out of my mind, so I made up a song about pie. But I can't remember it sooo...moving on. After the Pie Fiasco, Beth picked me up and I went over to their house. I took a nap on the swinging bench thing outside for awhile, then I went in and by that time the rest of my family was there. So the party began! Lol. It was like, a double party because we were celebrating the 4th and Katie's 16th birthday. So, we got Katie a bunch of little water toys for their new spa, including a snorkle and water wingies. Lol, it was quite fun. Then we went in the spa and stayed in there for like 2 hours. It was hilarious, cuz we had way too many people in there, so the water was over flowing and we kept kicking eachother...*sigh* good times! Then Ryan came out fully dressed in his scuba gear, flippers and all. So he jumped in the spa and started attempting to swim around. Oooh, man talk about funny. I had the time of my life just laughing my head off. So yeah, only my family could have that much fun in a spa that's only supposed to fit 4 people. We had about 7 people in there, I'm pretty sure. After that, we ate cake and went out to watch the fireworks. They....sucked. They went on for like 10 minutes. And they were really low, because you know Tehachapi...we're all cheap, so they bought a couple cheap fireworks and BAM! There's the 4th of July. But then someone else was shooting off illegal ones (yes, cali's dumb, fireworks are illegal) and they were way better than the crappy other ones. So then of course there's cops everywhere looking for the guys with the fireworks. I'm wondering, how on earth would they find them? I mean, they could kind of find the area, but you couldn't pinpoint it anymore than that. So I laughed at them. Mwahaha. And today...today...nothing of importance is going on at all. Except I'm going to the doctors. Oh, joy. END! |

Yeah, lol, this is my guy bashing post. But, first, let me just say that not all guys are like that. In fact, I know a few pretty awesome guys. Like Adam and Chad for instance. So you two get to be left out of this rant and rave. Well, one thing that I don't understand is how guys can just hurt girls without giving it a second thought! Some guys do it all the time too. And even if it was only once...STILL! I mean, they can ruin a girls world. Shatter it COMPLETELY. All for a little pleasure. I am sickened. Actually, that's all I have to say. Don't you feel special now, Chad? Two posts for you. So you want to know about my jobs, eh? Job #1- Working at a daycare taking care of kids. Oh yeah that's LOADS of fun. Haha there was this one boy there who was older than me. That was weird... Job #2- Berry picking. I think my hands are permently pink and I always somehow get whacked by some pokey plant. But it pays good. Job #3- This is my favorite job because I don't really do anything. My bf's mom picks me up every other friday and drives me to their house, which is like 50 miles away. Then she and Jordan (bf) go to work at a fireworks stand. Lucky me gets to watch three girls, a 5-year-old, an 8-year-old, and a 9-year old. All I really do is feed them when I feel like it and put them to bed. Then at like ten o'clock at night Jordan and his mom come home and me and him hang out until really late. Then I go to sleep in one of the girls' room. I do this Saturday and Sunday and then I go home. There's my jobs at the moment. But I'm supposed to go work somewhere else in July. Oh yeah next time I post I'll tell ya about the time at Jordan's house when I blew up the dishwasher and burnt the brownies...but that's a different story...haha now you better leave a good comment! |

Hey hey heeeeey! I'm beyond bored out of my mind, but I was entertained for just a tad at youth group! I'll tell ya about it. (Or will I???) Wellllll, I started out not wanted to go because "someone" (Oh, and Chad, I have to say you were right. Once a stalker, always a stalker!) had been following me around all day and he was starting to drive me insane, and I knew he was going to be at youth group so I didn't want to go. But my mom talked me into it, and told me to just not let him sit by me. Lol! So I surrounded myself with a little shield of girls, and I saw him walk up and kind of look at me slightly dissapointed. But ya know what?? He's gonna have to deal with it. Yeah, Jill and Jenee` invited me to the pool, and I didn't know he was gonna be there, but turns out HE WAS  . (I just realized how off the original subject I am, but hey, get over it.) And yeah, so I was kinda like oh crap...but it wasn't really that bad. But he kept like, picking me up in the pool and holding me and so finally I just told him to back off and he did for a couple seconds. But then Jill and Jenee` abandoned me and so I was stuck with him (he somehow became my ride home) for 45 minutes! So we were sittin down and out of the blue he's like "Do you like me?" I was like...."EH?!" It was crazy. So then I had to explain that I didn't, and I felt bad, but he seemed to take it ok. But anyway! Back to the original topic! Youth group totally rocked. Brandon Kirby talked about rightousness, and it totally rocked. Then after youth group me, Brian Mock, Jenee`, Garret, some chics that I don't know, RJ, and Justin (who's like my older brother, DAG i love that boy!) all played hacky sack, which I must say, I suck miserably at! And Justin kicked me in the toe, and he was wearing shoes and I wasn't. So that sucked quite a bit. But it was still really awesome! LOL! Well um, bye. |

Haha Chad you're so special that you get your own post! Yay! But I don't really have anything to say to you because I save that for the comments...so... Like I said on one of Chad's comments, I do have a life away from the computer. I've been at volleyball camp the past two days and my last day is tomorrow. yeah it was pretty short, but that meant they drilled you extra hard. So I'm uber-sore right now but it's all good. Oh and I have three different summer jobs right now...but I don't want to talk about them at the moment...I'll post again later... |

Wow, Hume Lake was beyond amazing! I can't even describe it!! It was....WOW! I fell in love with God and it was awesome! For the first time I wasn't embarrassed to worship him however I wanted. It was SO COOL! It was the coolest thing EVER, on Wednesday morning (I think...the days kind of all blended together) my really close friends Chris and Stephan got baptized. I was so happy! Stephan's a foreign exchange student from Germany, and while he was here he became a Christian. Isn't that crazy cool?! YAY! On the last night Andy and I just really connected with God. It was so amazing! Both of us were crying our eyes out and just worshiping God together. I was so happy to see him like that, he used to be "too cool" for that, ya know? But now he and I are super close and we've been talking a lot. He's an amazing guy. The speaker's name was Francis Chan, and EVERY SINGLE TIME he talked, you could tell God was just speaking through him. It felt like he was just talking to ME, not to the other thousand people out there. But the really cool thing is that everyone felt like he was talking soley to them. He was an awesome guy! And another guy that worked there named Rich (who I must say was one of the most gorgeous men in the whole world, inside and out) was really cool! Lol. Except it was really annoying because all the girls were swooning over him. And it drove me insane! But he was definitly an awesome guy. AND so was Dominic! He's the lead singer/guitar player for the band that played there called 330 Plan. I encourage you to check them out! 330plan.com Yeah, Dominic was really cool. I talked to him quite a bit, and he encouraged us to keep our youth group going (cuz it's pretty much dying. Well it was) and whatnot, and he helped me out with a lot of stuff. He was COOL! And yesterday at church was the greatest thing in the WORLD! We were all worshiping with our hands raised, bowed down, or however we felt comfortable. We'd never done that before in the history of youth group! I was so amazed! I was moved to tears by the songs we sang, and I was just sitting there crying with my hands raised, and Andy walked up to me, gave me a hug, and said "I love seeing you like this." It just made me smile. I really believe that this time we aren't going to lose the fire we found at Hume. As Rich would say...WOOWEE JESUS! So, that's just a small bit of how amazing this past week was. I'd loooooove to talk about it more if anyone wants to listen! I love you all! |

Yes! Today was the last day of school! No more worrring about grades or last minuteextra credit for bio! I love everyone and every thing right now! Plus the best part of the last day of school is the fact that it gives me lots of free time to blog!!!!! Yay!!! ...alright i just thought about it and that does seem kinda sad.Who cares! Welp, the performance was totally awesome. I had tons of fun, even though I was only in one dance this year. I kept plenty busy helping Bryn get changed because she had 9 almost back to back dances! So yeah, by the time the show ended, we were both EXAUSTED! Grr the stupid sound techs made me really mad though because they kept screwing up the songs! They totally skipped Ease On Down the Road, and they dimmed the lights on Shongo while people were still dancing! And they had to stop the Circus Act because they had the wrong backdrop! So the stopped it, changed the backdrop, and made them start over! It was so stupid! And I'm talking like all of you know what I'm talking about... Well, I'm uber excited cuz camp is tomorrow! I've been waiting to go to this camp ever since I was like 5! And now I can finally go! Yesss! It's gonna rocketh! It will be an amazing experience, and I can't wait! Fare thee well, everybody! I'm off to camp! |
