Junk mail

Everyday will I open my outlook, I need to delete all junk mail. Dont know where they got my email address, cos I seldom email to the outside people (Because it my office email). 
Everytime, need to search sender who I don't know one and delete. 
So, I hope one day not more junk at my mail box.
